Seeking professional services, most of today's savvy consumers look for the absolute best money can buy. In fact, even the thrifty realize cheaper is not better. Taking it a step further, very few of us shop for a conglomerate, usually we seek the best individual...

More often than not we strive to choose the best doctor or dentist (not the office), the best lawyer (but not necessarily the firm) or you name it. In fact we often prefer someone that specializes in their field, ideally someone that was referred to us if possible. Why then imagine you'd need to trust a large real estate company or settle for anything less than the best individual real estate broker?

The answer today is you don't have to...

The problem consumers often face is how to define "best" and once we do, how do we get that individual to help us in the area we want to do business in. Besides what's wrong with calling the agent on the sign or company in the print ad or putting all my personal data in a web site or trusting my son or daughters ex-college roommate (getting the picture yet) or the nice person down at the kid's sports practice field that says they're "in real estate"?

After 20 years full time as a career real estate practitioner, ten concurrent years in mortgage origination and still enjoying those businesses and as a life long resident on Boston's North Shore, I may answer your questions and offer suggestions to help you make these important decisions and choose wisely...

My name is Ken Anslono. I founded "Clients 1st Real Estate Services" over ten years ago after serving ten years in the wonderful world of real estate working in two of the then largest real estate franchise organizations on the planet. Today I am a licensed real estate broker in MA, ME and NH.

In addition to my real estate acumen I have enjoyed another 10 ten years in the mortgage origination business and know some of the best mortgage people practicing on the North Shore today.

If that didn't keep me busy enough I've also enjoyed coaching and teaching different aspects of real estate and technology to my team members and peers. I still volunteer as needed and after a decade of doing so was certified by the Commonwealth back in June of 2000.

As impressive as that my work history and experience may be it amounts to nothing in my estimation unless my real estate clients and customers can leverage my experience to their own benefit when they find themselves needing my services...
